-The readiness of a core group of pupils to access their learning.

How will we measure it?

-Children to complete the Wellbeing Web on 3 occasions over the course of the academic year. In November, February and May.

-Nurturing principles should be adopted in class and a nurturing environment should be evident in both classes. Tactile and supportive resources available to support all pupils and nurturing conversation and approaches taking place throughout the School.

-Good to be Green’ to be reinforced by all Staff using the same script. Staff to record the number of yellow and red cards received by members of each class.

-Staff to complete questionnaire to determine strength and areas for support. This will be completed at the beginning of the process and again in June at the end of our initial year of adopting our Nurturing approaches.

-Use of the Boxall Tool at the beginning and end of our academic year.
